Lauren was fantastic and I can highly recommend her to anyone.
The "online check in" system apparently is a joke. I checked in to get in line for her 2 hours in advance, got text messages as reminders - the last of which said that she'd be ready for me in 15 minutes. So when I got there 10 minutes after getting that message, she was already serving another customer, and I had to wait an additional 25 minutes before I could see her. Either make the "reservation" mean something or don't use it. And to be clear, this is no fault of Lauren's - I assume it's a corporate policy.

Normally we go to Sarah V, but she wasn’t in. My son was on the wait list for Lauren but when he met Lorenzo, he requested to cancel with her and to have Lorenzo cut his hair. Lorenzo was super fun and did great with First name removed, will be using him in the future when Sarah isn’t available.
Great concept for hair cutting services. The Oxford Sportclips shop is well-managed and the staff well-trained. Tonia is a good leader, and she is also the best at every facet of the MVP service, from the haircut, to the hot towels, the shampoo, head-massage, blow dry and shoulder massage. I look forward to my hair getting longer so I can go to Sportclips!
