Hailey and Stephany consistently give thorough massages. Aways start on time and never cut the massage short. They are considerate and knowledgeable. The whole establishment is clean, calm and beautiful. I'm always greeted with warm and friendly people.

Front desk staff is always super friendly and polite and Suzan is a gem absolutely helped with my migraines and I always go out feeling 1000x better than I went in. Pedro is also an amazing massage therapist. His massage style is a little different but every time I have gone into see him my body feels much better.

Elements seems to make it easy to get a massage. The scheduling is streamlined, my massages have been fit just for my needs, and I like the person given the massage. She is professional. I have a perfume sensitivity, so they give me a room that has unscented sheets, no odors. I always feel much better after my massage.

My massage therapist actually listened to what I requested, which was just a relaxing Swedish massage. He asked early on how the pressure was, which was perfect. I’ve had many massages where the therapist may start out fine but somehow forgets midway and the pressure is intensified.

I had the pleasure of going to the Red Mountain Elements and had a great massage therapy session with Mike. He really listens to what the client needs and is very intuitive in giving you a very complete massage. Aaaah! Thank you, Mike! And, Thank you Elements Massage! I have gone to three (3) different Elements around the east valley over the past decade and have found that ALL the massage therapists that Elements has on staff are wonderful - very skilled and experienced in their work. I highly recommend Elements to anyone who wants an excellent and therapeutic experience.

Love my therapist Micki. She always listens to me when I tell her what areas to work on. She has really helped with a problem with my knee and hip. She wanted me to try the red light therapy which I have already done. Am going for a second session. Will keep you posted. Great staff. Highly recommended!
