It was a great experience specially because I am a female that knows nothing about cars or fixing on cars, but they explained everything so well and handle everything so professional it was just amazing and the staff and owner is so very to work with they all are a great Group of people and I will tell everyone that I know that needs work done on their cars to go to Christian Brothers they are great

Everyone was so nice!! Each person I spoke with was very respectful and knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. They sent me pictures of the issue and made sute i understood everything. They answered all of my questions. They waited to do anything until I gave the ok. Once I gave the ok, they ordered the part. They communicated with me every step of the way. Chris called me to let me know that it would not be done that day, but, would be done on Monday. I got a call a few hours later that it had been done! They went above and beyond to get my car back up and running. They even left a thank you card in my car when I picked it up! I have been and will always recommend them to everyone!!

When I first called the shop and spoke to Chris, he was interested in what was going on with my vehicle and when I took it to the shop a few hours later, he still remembered what I had called about earlier that morning. Pick and drop off service, and the shop location, helped with the decision to bring my vehicle in I was impressed when I was told that there was nothing wrong with my transmission which was why the vehicle was taken to that shop to begin with. I was told about a specific sensor that had to be replaced. It turned out that was the wrong sensor but the right sensor was found and replaced. All the check engine lights were gone and my transmission was shifting fine again. Thank you so much for making this such a stress-free event. You have saved me precious time and money and provided excellent service.

I had a vehicle inspection performed and Jaylun and the team were extremely courteous and professional. They checked out the truck I was wanting to buy and did a very thorough job.
