Honesty, they let me know they had to use a different transmission fluid other than the one that we had talked about. That saved me money instead of telling me they used the more expensive product. They told me everything along the way so I knew what to expect.

CBA always treats me with courtesy and professionalism. They treat me like an actual person, not just another number. They try to keep the expense as low as possible for me, instead of trying to get me to spend as much as they can.

CB did a very thorough inspection/review of the needed work. Provided video and photos of work that needed attention now and work that could be deferred. Estimate was spot on for the work and parts replaced. Some think CB is a little pricey, but the work is second to none.
From the front counter to the mechanic turning the wrench are all friendly,. They take the time to go over the repairs needed and explain the work, not talking down to you , but to you.
Highly recommended! any auto repair work.
