Everyone was so nice. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. I was shown pictures as well. It felt good going into a place and not having to worry about them not being honest about work needing done. Kristie even gave my 1yr old a teddy bear and 2 more teddy bears for his brother and sister, and they absolutely love them. They kept me up to date the entire time. Even had the part my suburban needed the very next day.

Friendly staff and clean facility. The added thank you card with treat in my car when I got it back was very thoughtful too!

I liked the breakdown of what was needed to further service my vehicle and the prompt and thorough service I received!

I found CBA to be very professional, as well as, extremely thorough. From the start, my customer experience with CBA was positive and remained that way throughout. I left their establishment feeling very satisfied and pleasantly surprised at the extra steps taken to foster a great customer relationship. And the chocolates left in the car for me at the end of the service, coupled with the courtesy follow-up phone call was a very nice additional touch.

We like the fact that CB always get us in when we need service! They provide great timely updates and feedback when our vehicles are being serviced.

Quick service for oil change. They took my car in promptly when I arrived for appointment and rates are lower than jiffy lube( where I used to go). They followed up to make sure I was happy with service.

Thoroughness of the safety inspection and the explanation of the results - what was needed, what was recommended, and what should be taken care of in the near future. And appreciated the follow up phone call to make sure the vehicle was running properly.

I like that I receive a full report with pictures. Everyone is very nice and professional.

Through no fault of their own, it took 4and 1/2 months for our part to come in. Mike was an excellent communicator with giving us updates and kept apologizing for something they had no control over. I would highly recommend them!

I loved how fast they were, how they were easy to call and ask questions to, the photos of everything with price breakdown, and when my bill ultimately was lower because they could do something without replacing extra parts. This was a great experience and I’d let you all work on my car again for sure!

She had it towed up to Christian Brothers Automotive, they diagnosed what the problem was, repaired what needed to be done within a very reasonable amount of time. Phoned me to let me know the vehicle was ready, went and picked up the vehicle.
