CB provides pictures and details to help us understand what is exactly the issue needing attention. I appreciate the text/email system for working with repairs, super easy to understand when you can not stay at the shop. CB has also been very accommodating when I need a ride to and from work during a repair. My family also appreciates the fresh baked cookies 🍪.

I like the way you are informed, in text messages, every step of the repair process with your vehicle. You receive a printout of what was fixed and/or serviced on your vehicle and what needs attention in the near future. Would recommend them to everyone.

Everyone is always very nice and knowledgeable. I like how the estimates are prepared digitally with pictures of the issues and recommendations. Then you can select or decline and approve the work being done! Makes everything super simple and clear.

Everything. Staff is very polite and my appointment time was kept-did not have to wait for hours past the scheduled time like the dealership.

They were quick, they sent videos and pictures of everything needing to be fixed. So they were honest. And when they saw as they were fixing my car they saw something that didn't need replacing as suspected and didn't try to charge me for it.
The staff is very courteous and very professional. They keep you informed of where your car is in the process of services and let's you know of problem areas that need addressing. Work completed is completed. I am satisfied with the results and do not have to return for flaws in workmanship. Overall experience with Christian Brothers is fantastic! I highly recommend them to others.
