The explanation for the problem of what turned out to be a faulty compressor system for the air conditioner was detailed, particularly as initially it was thought to involve only a part that diverts air to both the driver and passenger sides. As there was a significant cost difference, the in depth review was appreciated.

The employees were kind and courteous. The wait time was in line with what they estimated. The service was very good. When I got in my car there was a courtesy bag with a nice treat and a thank you card. And the very next day I received a courtesy call to see how my car was doing.
