It is such a pleasure coming home after The Merry Maids have been to my home! They are wonderful and my apartment just sparkles!
The service can not be beat. The products used are septic friendly which is important to me since I have a septic system. They are open to using certain products I pick up that work real well. I have used Merry Maids for move in and move out cleanings in the past and now have them come in every 4 weeks. The teams of girls are friendly and easy to work with. I have requested Team 1 and just love those girls and the work they do for me.
It was a post construction cleaning and I was quite satisfied with the ladies and their work. It was nice to see my chrome shining again.
The girls that come to my home are always pleasant, kind, and thorough. Thank you Merry Maids.

You were able to come to my house reasonably quick after I called about an appointment, and you did an excellent job.
The ladies are on time, they do their job, and are friendly and kind. They will do any extra work I ask them to do.
Merry Maids clean my home perfectly every time. They are worth every penny and they make my life so much easier!
I love that the cleaning products smell so great (like cinnamon and not chemicals). I also love that it doesn’t take them long to do the job...usually less than 2 hours for 2 floors.
It is a bit pricey though...if we could pay $200 per visit then we would use the service twice a month instead of once a month.
Otherwise, we are quite happy with the service.
My 'girl's are friendly and efficient. Very responsive to any requests I make of them. The products are effective in keeping my house clean from visit to visit with minimal touch ups in between.
They're very thorough. Now mind you they only came once so far so it is quite foolish for you to send me this survey at this time.

I really liked the ladies that came to my home, they were super nice, very professional, and considering the dust, pet hair and dirt on my floors that they had to deal with, they did a phenomenal job! I am so glad that I finally decided to do this, and the only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner.

Mary maids arrives on time and they are one of the few that will bill my credit card on a rotating basis, no worries there.
The ladies are efficent, quick and the office always had a "Just cleaned" smell when they leave. They are also friendly and that is a great positive as well.
Denise and her office staff were always very supportive and flexible with challenges from this end. They were always timely, responsive and went out of their way to make me feel valued as a receiver of their services.
Over the many years that MM helped us at our home, until we moved away, the women who came to clean were for the most part very helpful and efficient. Sometimes there was a shining light who came and when we came home, it was a dream. Most of the time, the cleaning was done well and met standards. And, as you would expect in an imperfect universe, on occasions, there also were folks who came to clean who probably would have done better in another line of work.
But, given the difficulty, in my view, of cleaning work and doing it well, overall, the women of MM were a boon to our family. My best to you all.
