Three ladies showed up right on time and quietly went to work. I do not have a large house and they had it sparkling in a little over an hour. I had asked them what I thought might be "an extra" cleaning spot and was told that it was all in their normal routine. I am very satisfied.

I am still very satisfied with the Merry Maids cleaning service, and I especially like Ms Jackie, who cleans my house. I like the cleaning products used by the ladies, because they leave my house smelling clean and very fresh.

The entire team with this company is extremely polite and professional. They cleaned a home that had not been lived in and made it look like new. The job they did was incredible. These are the folks to call if you want the job done right and at a reasonable price.
The two ladies who came did a very wonderful job and I was very pleased! The cost was somewhat more than I had originally expected, but the work stayed within contract. A supervisor came by after the work was done to inspect, which shows due diligence.
I was disappointed, however, that there was no follow-up on future monthly appointments, although this was discussed at the original phone contact. There seems to be a disconnect between the cleaners and the office staff.

Two maids clean our house in usually 1 1/2 hours. It's clean, but not as thoroughly as I'd like. The other day I found heavy dust on our piano. Just after they left. The women are lovely, I just think they have enough time to do the job right.
