I have used Merry Maids' services for about 9 years and they have been faithful to keep their appointments and even work around scheduling problems or come in an extra time if I need them to. The girls do a good job and will go the extra mile. Their products work well, with no harsh chemicals, and are pet friendly which is very important to me as I have two cats. The owner is a wonderful woman who is very helpful and friendly.
We use Merry Maids to clean our rental property and we’ve always received five star reviews from renters, specifically mentioning how clean the house is. They do a great job!

The very kind and gentle way the gals explained what they do, how it was going to be accomplished and then doing it. Not just satisfactorily but with a great attitude and finess.
I’m elderly and the sole caretaker of my invalid husband. They made him comfortable by acknowledging him respectfully and put me at ease because I was concerned we were going to be in the way. I needn’t have worried. They just “got it done” and both of us were very comfortable.

The team arrived on time and immediately went to work. I like the detail and effort that the ladies put towards cleaning. My home was left smelling sanitized and everything was neat. The floors were cleaned very well and the bathrooms and showers were cleaned very well. The kitchen was also cleaned well overall I am pleased with the services that I received and I’m planning to make another appointment soon.
It would be nice of they had little dollar store trash bags to put back in the smaller trash cans in each room after they take them out. Also pull the blinds back down after cleaning the windows. Little inconveniences but they matter after an otherwise great service.
I was pleased with the amount of things done in the time the one representative did. I was expecting two person team to keep me from having to keep my dogs away from their home.
If another type of floor cleaner is available I would like to try it. My floors had a film on them that was tacky.
