I liked the cleaning service a lot and would like to continue on a bi-weekly basis. There is one product used that has a very heavy smell (like a hospital smell) which I didn't like, and would prefer they use something else. Otherwise, I was very happy with it.
The ladies worked fast, not taking a break, folding my clothes. There were some spots in the bathroom that didn't get mopped.
The ladies who clean are professional and friendly. They clean my house in a very timely manner, and they do an excellent job!
I have allergies, and the products they use to clean does not bother me.
The people who work in the office are also very professional and friendly. That will accommodate you the best they can in scheduling a cleaning. I have used Merry Maids well over 10 years and will continue to do so.

I am very happy with the service- love the team I have now. Gail, on the phone, is always very helpful. 9, not 10, rating because I’m not happy being asked to tip on a weekly basis. We tip at holidays, etc. It’s uncomfortable to say great service and not tip. I understand the new up charge if I have to cancel, but tipping is getting out of hand everywhere.
