Well pleased with the professionalism of the staff. I first contracted with this organization when my husband was about to start chemotherapy and I did not want to have to worry about my house to concentrate on him. The representative who initiated the contract was willing to spend time with me and answer all my questions. There were times when my husband was home from the hospital and could not be in close contact with others. The team that came to the house were respectful to call out and give him time to retreat to a room first. And they would clean a certain room first then allow him to move to that room while they finished the house. They would also alert my husband when they were finished. They also were very noise aware around him. The very few times I had an issue with the service the gentleman who monitored the phones was sure to have either the crew come back or make sure my preferences were noted. I am highly satisfied with this company.

Clean smelling but not too over powering
I really like the cinnamon spray, the mints and the little stickers on the toilet paper. I can usually tell that they have been through the entire house and cleaned thoroughly.
I have been with Merry Maids now for 19 years and Jessica is the best of all the ladies you have ever sent to clean. My house looks and smell better than it has ever. Things came up missing in the past but I never reported it because they were small things that could be easily afforded. I'm VERY pleased with Jessica.
