SERVICE IS GREAT,BUT I'D LIKE TO SMELL SOME DISINFECTANT OR CLEANING PRODUCT
We found ourselves instantly transported to a difficult journey with both sets of parents - and our house took the hit as we were completely immersed in caring for them. Karla Luna at the Las Cruces location was so so helpful as I was trying to schedule not only our home for cleaning but also my mom's home. She was so accommodating when I had to call and change the dates. When Pat and Harmony came - it was such a huge relief and I was so stressed as things had gotten so out of control with keeping our home clean. They were wonderful as I had to have them text me when they were coming so I could leave work to meet them for the first big clean and then text me when they were done so I could come by and inspect their work. It was AMAZING! And I'm so grateful that we have scheduled for EOW cleaning. And I'm so relieved that the same amazing work and care will go into my mom's home so she will be able to relax and recover without worry about her home building up dust. Thank you Merry Maids - we are so grateful for the service you provide for our family.
Latasha's team was the very best cleaning crew we have ever had! Much more detail work than in the past. She even had us take a look around before she left to be sure there wasn't anything else we wanted done. Absolutely wonderful!!

My parents have both a challenging situation and a house that is impossible to clean. Merry Maids and the Manager, Dave, have been extra kind and very conscientious when it comes to beating back the mess in my parents place and making sure that I don't have to go there to keep my parents from living in a bad environment.
I use a cleaning service because I’m unable to predictably be physically able to clean our home myself. Merry Maids has always been responsive to particular needs we have. I like the consistency they have built with lead cleaners. It’s hard work, I know, I cleaned our home for 40 yrs. We appreciate when the team works hard to clean our home and they are pleasant to get to know.
