They are very dependable and most times do a great job. This time they forgot to put the towels back out in the bathrooms after washing them. But I definitely recommend them. Jennifer there is a great contact and always willing to do whatever is needed for me.

The Maids are consistent with their communication and also with pairing us with a consistent home cleaner who knows our home. As a result she can be both thorough and efficient with her cleaning. Their products are good at producing a deep clean without damaging or streaking furniture or creating a build up. The staff are very positive and helpful and willing to work with us if we have scheduling changes or certain cleaning needs. I would definitely recommend the Maids!

Quality of cleaning services
The wood floor always looks great after a merry maid visit. Madison did a great job dusting furniture and fan blades. The knobs at chair backs really shined.

Reliable and usually efficient. However, it looks like they forgot the Master Bathroom this last visit. The rest of the house was nicely done, as usual. They might have been confused, since the tubs in the upstairs bathrooms are not used and don't need cleaned.

I wanted a service that was reliable. I want to be able to "set it and forget it". I've used other services that constantly changed the date they were coming and cleaned different parts of my house each time but rarely everything they were supposed to.
I like that I have a consistent schedule and everything was cleaned very well.
