Each house has a unique set of cleaning instructions. The items I want cleaned I pay for. Items I want to clean myself do not have to be part of the Merry Maids job. It is easy to confirm cleaning times and arrange for a different day if the monthly day does not work for any reason. All of the employees are friendly and efficient.
Staff bring their own supplies. Staff efficient.

Really enjoyed the service. It was easy to schedule. I loved that they used their own products, so I didn't have to do last minute run to wallmart to get windex or whatever was missing. That also cut down the costs. I also liked that we get messages when the team got there and when they left. Overall fantastic service.
