The house always looks nice when we return. It's nice to have the bed changed and is always nice to get in at night. I really appreciate that . Bathroom is clean, waste paper baskets are emptied and always taken to our dumpster. Our glass top stove is always cleaned of the cooked on spots that are hard for me to get off. Dusting is good for the most part. Merry Maids always deep cleans one room of the house on each visit. They dust the blinds which is hard for me to do. They are always welcome to suggestions if you have any for them. Appreciate their services!

It is so refreshing to have a team captain that truly cares about your home and the quality of cleaning it receives. No one is perfect, but it is obvious that Jae puts her heart and soul into the work she performs. We appreciate that upon arrival she inquires if there are any special requests. She then follows up on those requests to the best of her ability. It is so gratifying to come home to a house that has obviously been cleaned well. Jae and her Team continue to demonstrate that they value our business and desire to keep us very satisfied with the quality of their work. We would also like to thank Theresa for her flexibility in changing our scheduled cleaning to an alternate date, allowing me to fly to Minnesota for my mother’s 99th birthday! ❤️
The cleaning job was excellent, I had a large dust buildup. Not sure which cleaning solvents were used but there was nothing in the air that was bad. Having a lung disease, both cleaners made sure I was completely comfortable. Can’t wait to have them back!
