I like the convenience and regular schedule. I also like the cooperation and friendly service. When changes to the schedule you are very cooperative and easily work out and alternative.

Professional service

I am generally pleased with the service I receive. The staff is friendly and work very hard. I'd love to see more attention paid to the floors (vacuuming and moping). We have a hairy dog, and the vacuuming sometimes leaves behind dog hair.
On another note, our vinyl shower curtain liner was torn during cleaning, but no one mentioned it and we did not receive a post-cleaning "report" where something like that would have been mentioned.
Otherwise, we are happy with the work and appreciate the staff's kind attention.

They were efficient and hard-working the entire time they were here. They answered my questions, and were pleasant in their replies. I want them to come next time.
