I was amazed at how thorough the initial cleaning was. Merry Maids cleaned areas that my prior cleaning service never touched. Everything was spotless. And nothing smelled bleach, just clean.

I like that the ladies know my house, are dependable, and my house is cleaned to the standard every time.

I've been a Merry Maid customer for six months. The ladies have been punctual and they are friendly. The house smells wonderful. During the winter months, a cinnamon scented cleaner was used and this spring, a mint/lemon scent was used. I have never smelled the scent of any harsh or strong chemical cleaners.

The Cleaning provided by the employee and the outstanding customer service provide.

Most of our Merry Maids do a good job but occasionally we have one/two who do as little as possible. When I recommend the company, I’m often told Merry Maids prices are too high. Overall, we are happy with them.
