Reliable. Everything is nice and clean. Occasionally, they miss something. They seemed to have missed cleaning the tub in master bath this week as it had soap scum on it when I got in to shower this morning. I had noticed the soap scum the day before (the day MM came to clean) and it was still there. I cleaned it today.

I really don't know the names of the products, always told it's what Merry Maids have made or use.
Sometimes the bed isn't made so the sheets and blankets hang the same length on each side of the bed.
The bathroom seems to look nice and clean.
Not sure the blinds in the bedrooms and kitchen are cleaned very well each 2 weeks.

Most of the ladies who have come clean have been very thorough and friendly. My only "complaint" is when I can't be put on a morning clean as we initially requested, we're rarely notified, so we are stuck sitting at home waiting on them.
