As a customer for over 20 years I like several things.
1. I get the same Merry Maid most of the time. She has become like a friend of the family.
2. I get the same schedule and have for the past 20 years.
3. I like how the house smells when she leaves.
4. I’m notified the day before of her time and I also notify them when I have a schedule change well in advance.
