Very, very friendly and explained what they were doing every step of the way. I appreciated knowing what was being done, especially in areas of concern such as rust from a leaky faucet. I was asked to OK each room after it was done, another thing that I felt was very reassuring. Both women were very friendly and I was completely comfortable having them in my home.
Well, I've only had one session, so this is not a comprehensive review -- I can only speak based on the deep cleaning, but the house was beautifully cleaned!
