Very happy with the service.
I love Patrice and Debi. They do such a great job for me. Patrice has been with me since I started the service and she is the only one I want doing my house. She can bring other people but I have to have Patrice. Debi is good too. So if Patrice ever has the day off on my service day I will be ok with Debi but no one else. Patrice is the best. I really love the service she provides for my house.

Normally, the "girls" do a beautiful job and last Monday may have just been an off day, but the chorme refrigirator was horribly streaked. The pictures on the family room wall were crooked and I noticed the bottom shelf of a little book shelf in the family room had not been dusted for several weeks.

Well, truthfully, I would like to know more about the products used because they
Smell a little harsh. I'm a person who doesn't need the house to smell
like product to prove its clean. I wish Merry Maids would disclose their product
and then, if the customer wants a "greener" product, then give them the choice or let the customer provide the products.
Other than that, I loved the result of our initial cleaning.

Patrice is the one who comes each time from the beginning. She's the only one I will have. She's the greatest. I also like debbie who comes with Patrice. These two are the best.
The products do not have a toxic smell--I can breathe easily when our Merry Maids are working! In addition, the products clean very well! I have rarely seen our kitchen floor sparkle like after a Merry Maids cleaning.
Rosa and Maria are gracious, professional, kind and excellent in the care of our home. They are always extremely upbeat when the arrive and when they leave!
We have all hard wood floors except for the spiral staircase and they do an impeccable job. They work around the many medical journals and books we have! They are adorable with our two furry children...schnauzers!

One comment from my mom: She has a large back porch. The ladies who clean her house (2754 Valencia Avenue, SB) sweep all the trash from the kitchen onto her back porch and then NEVER sweep it off the porch. She comes home and has to wade through the trash to get to her back door! I know it probably never occurs to them (and they are not required to sweep the porches, I know), but Mom is 88 and has a difficult time getting around, so it would be really helpful if they would just sweep that trash off the porch also. Thanks
