I like the improvement in notifications about reminders of upcoming visits and texts when the team is on its way to my home. This aids me greatly in planning.

I am almost always satisfied with the cleanliness of the house after the team's visit. I appreciate that they follow the notes in my file that I gave Merry Maids many years ago (e.g., don't take out my trash on my behalf, don't "remake" my bed, etc.).

From booking to arrival of the cleaning team, it was fast, efficient, and easy to communicate. The team let me know when they were enroute, and did an excellent job. I’d definitely recommend Merry Maids to anyone who needs a move in/out clean!

I like that I consistently get the same team. I also like that the house has a pleasant clean scent when they are finished rather than the odor of chemicals.

The ladies do a consistent job, and have done so for years. They do other things when I ask them to as a trade off, e.g., forgoing vacuuming to clean an extra room. I like that they are flexible. They come when they are supposed to and I value that.

The cleaning crew is always polite and courteous when that are in our home cleaning. They always do a fantastic job cleaning up our home and take time out to visit with our three dogs while they are here.

We are very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a home cleaning service.

I love love love coming home to a clean house! I really appreciate it when the ladies give a little extra to make sure everything is beautiful. Every so often I find things not quite done as well as last time. I am always very grateful when they are efficient and get the job done quickly and everything looks amazing!! I am tremendously grateful for the notice that someone is on their way so I know when to put the dog out etc. Also glad to be notified when they are done! Overall I am very pleased with the clean smell and wonderful job these ladies do to bring me joy when I enter my freshly cleaned home!!

Everything smells fresh and clean. Products obviously work as things are clean. And the ladies do a great job.

I wish you would use more furniture polish on wood surfaces as opposed to the cleaner that you use because it has a tendency to dull and make the wood surfaces in some cases very sticky
