Since this job was to a home that we do not live in (preparing home for sale) we are not aware of the products you used. However, the services were good and the resulting clean house met our expectations. We were placed with all phases of the job from initial contact with the office to the work done at the house. Cleaning crew was on time, friendly, helpful, professional and left the home sparkling.

It's nice to have someone else clean your house. But I wish they wouldn't use water on my wood. And it seems as though they are not taking as much pride in the cleaning as they used to maybe it's just me. But I do like the service and I will continue using your services.

Everything is always so clean and fresh smelling. I love a clean house and these girls are magical.

The services were very good, gals were very nice and did a really good job. The only thing I have to complain about is that the vacuum was too big to get under some of the furniture. I know they don't move furniture, so I had to move some chairs so they could clean under them. You need a smaller vacuum cleaner. Not everyone can move the furniture and you need to be able to clean under some things, like chairs, beds etc. I have one that lays flat and will go under all the furniture.

They notify us when they are on their way. Always prompt and professional, and dressed appropriately so they can be identified.
Our team gets right to work and doesn’t waste time. We like that they have followed our requests. They always leave a nice note telling the rooms that got the extra attention (2 each time) a company policy.

Well been using my products which don’t mind some of the time. Only issue I have is upstairs not moving things to dust on top of dressers just going around not picking up and dusting underneath. Ladies do good job just a couple things. Thank you:)

I don't have to clean myself which saves time and gives me more time to spend with my family which is priceless. Merry maids do a great job I never have to worry if things will get cleaned. They are reliable and you even get updates of when they're coming and can track the crew coming that day.

I love the product you use in your vacuum cleaner. The room smells better after it gets vacuumed. I have wood floors. They get mopped each week. There is never too much water on the floors. They look clean & all the dog hair is gone. Of course, Stacee & Miranda do a fantastic job.
