I never have to worry about restocking cleaning supplies or that someone won't show up. I like that there is a manager I can call when things haven't been done right and it's corrected.

Kathy has been absolutely amazing in her ability to do her work thoroughly and quickly--She is a very pleasant person and somehow manages to return each object to its original place--She is definitely spoiling me to work with anyone else--The fact that she speaks English is certainly a big plus as it enables me to communicate with her with regard to the work.

Reliable pleasant staff, we particularly like Rachel who has cleaned for us several times. She takes great care of our woodwork!

The work is almost always done to my liking and quite efficiently. IF there is a problem it is addressed quickly and corrected. I appreciate not having to guess which products they will use as they bring their own.

The worker that comes to our home, Rachel, does an excellent job of cleaning, even in the clutter of our home. We are especially pleased that she replaces anything she moves to clean and puts it right back where it was! That is especially important upstairs, where she cleans according to my housemate's schedule - and always has a smile and a very happy attitude. We couldn't be more pleased with Rachel and the job she does cleaning our home.

Very thorough, very polite, green products !!!!

I love that if something happens at the last minute, I am able to reschedule ( even on the day of the cleaning. The products you use smell fresh and make the house smell clean. The team tends to come around the same time, which lets me accomodate my daughter's nap time. They do make quite a bit of noise while cleaning ( I hear banging around and stuff).

The products were good. The service was good except when they did the family room they were very quick in cleaning it. I thought they would clean behind the couch and chair. There isn't a lot of furniture in there.

Very thorough job, nice shiny hard wood floors, spotless fixtures

i enjoyed the first cleaning i like that on occasion their was two ladies. but i also think that within the 3 months of cleaning i feel it should be a least 2 thorough cleaning.
