My Tiffany has been great and she keeps my house in good shape

I have my usual complaint. Things aren't done the same each time. I haven't had the towels in my bathroom or powder room folded for three visits now. the toilet paper used to be pointed but it isn't anymore. They didn't empty the waste basket in the front room again. It is all little things but I am paying for a full service cleaning and I don't get all the service on a regular basis. Why do I have to leave a note for someone to dust the wrought Iron railings or the window sills in the bedroom. Shouldn't these things be done on a regular basis????
You need new vacuum too. They don't have good pick up power. They are always leaving little fuzz balls unless the girl goes over an area two or three times.

The fact that someone always comes when scheduled

I love Merry Maids - they always do a great job cleaning. It is always a treat to come home on a cleaning day and find the floors vacuumed, the bed made, and the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned. The only complaint is that I have two "on call" rooms, and have had difficulty scheduling their cleaning on two separate occasions. Still, I have had a good experience dealing with the office and with John.
