I appreciate how responsive your staff has been to my complaints. Your ability to keep track of my issues without my having to repeat myself is a testament to a system that records and tracks issues your customers are having. ALso, the team that was periodically cleaning my home was not doing a good job. You all were very responsiveness in assigning a team that I had been very satisfied with. Hopefully this team will remain assigned to my home for the bi-weekly cleaning.

Our rugs which were in bad need of cleaning, always look like they have been newly cleaned when the gals leave. Our bathrooms are immaculate and the kitchen gleams. I am a cancer patient in chemo right now and spend a lot of time in bed or resting; and it's such a pleasure to have my apartment totally clean and a pleasure to look at.

Martha's team was superb. I have a new wood floor, which gets dusty. After Martha and team finished, the floor was clean AND smooth as new. They had wet mopped it!

I felt the girls were extremely efficient and did a great job. My house look wonderful when they got done. I was very happy and would recommend. The products seemed fine. I had no real complaints. I must say I do like my ceramic stove top cleaner better then the one that was used. It looked fine but didn't have that hard shell look that the "CERMA BRIGHT" that I usually use gives it. I had tried many cleaners and like this one the best.
