They are reliable and do a great job cleaning. The products they use smell fresh. The sink is shining more than I ever could do. Things are straighten and left like in a hotel. Ladies that clean are very efficient. An excellent job was done on my carpeting which is old.
Merry Maids has been very accommodating to any changes I have asked for. Rosaura and Dora do a thorough cleaning, as well as always being very pleasant.
I like how our permanent cleaners cleans our house! It's not always 100% to my approval and they still do at least 80% good job! I don't like how the others cleaners (the ones that they send when our permanent cleaners are not available) are not cleaning it up to my standards. I hate calling just ti complain though!
