I like how clean they keep the floors. Do not use cleansers that would damage our sinks showers or tub.

I like that there isn't s team. I like that one person the same person comes to the house. I like that her products are used so I dont have to worry about stocking them and that she has her own equipment too.

Karen is consistent and ensures that bathroom and kitchen are clean. Two spot that are most visible and also get the most use by guests.

She was also went above and beyond when my mother was staying with me. I had to leave my mom alone while I ran to pick my student. While I was away Karen came to clean and when my mother had a blood sugar incident Karen helped her.

My Merry Maid "Mickie" is the BEST! It's so great to come home after a long work week on Friday evening to a sparkling clean and wonderful smelling home!

Attention to detail. I have been more than impressed with the entire service. I would also recommend Ashely to anyone looking for a cleaning service. Ashley goes well beyond my expectations every week. She is just great.

I am not sure about the products that are used because there is no scent, no residue or any other evidence that a product was used. It is just clean and shiny.

Catherine is fantastic. She is consistently thourough in her cleaning, courteous and friendly. A real comapny asset, I would say.

the care taken by the cleaner. Particularly like having the same cleaner each time. Products make the house smell fresh and clean.

I enjoy having here . She's very pleasant . She does a good job. I think there's a few things that could be improved. Dusting at times she goes around it instead of moving the stuff some stuff is missed all together. The back of the TV is half done these are examples.
The floor really needs to be scrubbed good, if you run a cloth over it after its still dirty?
Lastly I asked to stretch her wand on the vacuum under bed to get paper etc. don't think it went under I did it . Washing the wall off in sons room. I realize they ask you how it looks it is some what hard to go over with them right there, but I am going to try to let her know more the next time. Over all these things are easy to fix so it should look even better next time.
