Necole takes great care of us and the office team is always excellent.

When I call during business hours I actually get to talk to a real person on the phone. Always accommodating if I have to reschedule or if Merry Maids has to reschedule. Also, we are using Merry Maids to clean my in-law's apartment so we do not live in the area. My husband was just up in Ohio visiting and he told me how clean the apartment looked and especially the bathroom. I am so glad that we chose Merry Maids after interviewing several other companies in the area.

So far so good. My husband thinks the toilets aren't clean enough. He can still smell pee. I think it is from around the brackets holding the seat to the toilet. I think the products are fine.

Erin and Jada were absolutely wonderful. They were kind and cheerful and did a very thorough job. I have 5 cats, litterboxes, and some basic clutter. They came in, cleaned, loved on the cats, and overall left a wonderful impression. They were cheerful and considerate - my sister is staying with me after surgery and working remotely - they were considerate of that and worked quietly so as to not disturb her.
