The office is good about calling me to give me an idea of when they will be here so I can leave prior to them coming. I don't feel the need to be here when they are here. Products leave a nice clean smell when they are done. Products are obviously quality. I've recommended your company to others who live in my complex. The day that Merry Maids comes for our cleaning is my favorite day of the week. The house is so organized and cleans amazing when they are done.

I love that I don't have to be home when the maids come. With my busy schedule, this is a huge help. I always come home to a house that looks and smells fresh and clean.

The girls were prompt and tried their best to do all the jobs I asked them too. For a first time I thought they did a pretty good job.
I also liked that I was able to make arrangements and get service without much notice.

I like the products used. The service however is dependent on the person who comes to clean. The consistency that I would expect from a well know company isn't there. I like to have the same person every time so that I get the consistency but that is not always possible. It's frustrating.

Communication from office is great

Only thing I see, is sometimes the cleaner does not stay as Last name removed as other times.
Seems to be in a hurry or running late.
