The one thing I really appreciate, is if something is missed Merry Maids offers to come back that day to clean whatever item is missed right away. No questions asked. Indicating to me that service is priority to them. They have also worked around my schedule when having out of town quest or in need of a unexpected cleaning. I appreciate their willingness even if it can't be accomplished they try very hard to make it happen for the client.

The two ladies who usually clean my house, Sandy and especially Amanda, provide impeccable service. I never feel as if they have cut corners, or given a room a quick once-over. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I haven't particularly noticed a difference between the cleaning materials used and the ones I usually use, except that there is occasionally a stronger chemical smell than what I am used to.
The substitute cleaner who took care of our house on Dec 1 may have been using a less powerful vacuum, or failed to change the bag when needed--after she left, I saw large stripes of lint in the master bedroom where the edge of the vacuum stopped. The other rooms were fine.

Attention to detail! I noticed the smallest of things that were cleaned ... places I tried to get to but without success. Merry Maids took care of it! I especially like the product used on my laminate flooring ... so much better than what I was using.

I was able to "test" a number of employees and determine the right one for me.

I always find services that use a check list to be more detail oriented than those that dont. It's all in the details. I also really like the auto bill option
