Samantha is always excellent. I am comfortable leaving the house alone while my wife and I have to leave the house by herself. She is very friendly with our cat. She always does a great job!

They work as a team and they work quickly and clean even hard to get. Willow is getting to black spots that are in the two seams of the shower that take lots of scrubbing.
Everything was cleaned , but not quite as thorough as I would have, if I had been able to do it. My main concern was the shower, but the cleaning supplies they used didn't do the job.

Kathleen has been great to deal with. She initially dropped what she was doing on a Saturday to come meet with us the first time....we had a time sensitive situation and she made us a priority. She took my wife's concerns very serious and got our house looking great in every room we hired her for.
