My instructor was so enthusiastic & upbeat. She kept us moving with great music, lots of shout outs to us for working hard, clapping & encouraging us to have fun while we worked hard! The class flew by because it was so fun, but we got a good hard workout in!!

This was, hands down, the most fun, entertaining, and engaging yoga class I've ever been to! Honestly, I wasn’t sure if CorePower Yoga was for me, but after this session, I’m seriously considering getting a membership. I loved every second of it!
