You offer a good variety of classes at different times of day / week. The instructors are knowledgeable and approachable. I like that the coaches are also on their own journey of advancement and provide tons of encouragement. We learn together at times. The facility is clean. The facility is close to my home which is key. I am always welcomed by others and encouraged by the Easton community which was key to me coming back week after week and dedicating myself there.

Awesome place, awesome community, awesome mindset. This place has it all, you'll learn technique, but also mindset, and the bigger goal of overall growth of the mind, body and soul. Every time you sweat here, you can guarantee that you've grown just that much more. Would recommend for all those who want a great workout, a program that increases your self defense knowledge, and those who want to beat the ego down and be present.

I felt very welcomed by the staff and gym members right away, and I really enjoyed my trial Kickboxing class.
The staff was really friendly and helpful. Fernie was a great instructor. Not only was he thorough with instructions he was able to guide each individual at their level and made the whole thing a lot of fun
