The individual people who clean my house do a first rate job performing the particular tasks I ask them to perform. They almost always meet my standards and requirements, such as the use of scentless products and the thorough washing of wooden floors. In fact, the cleaners do such a great job that I find it difficult to complain to them when something doesn't go as I had expected. Whenever I have had complaints--all of which have been minor--I call Debbie Hartley, who runs the main office in my area, and she is quick to respond. Debbie is always attentive, efficient, and friendly. I believe the key to Merry Maid's success is the way it provides a reliable go-to person whenever problems arise. It is much easier to speak to the main office about problems rather than the cleaner herself or himself, especially if the person running the office is a good listener, as Debbie is. I have had very few problems with Merry Maids, even during the pandemic, but they have always been dealt with quickly. My thanks to Debbie, the organization, and all the cleaners who make this possible.

I like the clear communication from Merry Maids. I was told there would be two crew members working on the pretty large Victorian rental but there was only one. We paid extra for the inside of the cabinets to be cleaned but that didn't happen. However, the floors and everything else was very clean! I told this to the Merry Maid contact and I received a $40 credit for next service.
