This is the first time I have used a Maid service and generally I was happy with the service. We had two broken items which was disappointing but I understand that things happen. Considering the size of my home and the cleaning that needed to be done, I was satisfied.

There is such a "clean" smell when I return home/ I love it. Not a chemical odor but a "fresh, clean, airy" smell.

Renee does an excellent job! I like that additional services, like windows, are available if I need them. I appreciate coming home to a fresh smelling home after each cleaning. I also like that if I am not satisfied with the cleaning, someone comes out the next day to do over.
the place smelt clean without a lot of cleaning smell. I liked the long microfiber wand; it worked well. Would like to get one for my home as well.
