I've been a client of Merry Maids here in Durham for about 15 years. The manager, office staff and housekeepers are professional, conscientious and courteous. A specific team is assigned to my house but, if they are not available on the scheduled day, another good team will be sent. I like the procedure where all rooms are cleaned with a deep cleaning of two rooms that rotate with each visit. No harsh chemicals are used so I don't worry about my pets, including my reef aquarium. With every visit, my house is left clean and smelling fresh.
