Efficient and thorough job.

The service Merry Maids provides is excellent at the manager, office personnel, and housekeeper levels. They are professional, helpful, pleasant, and provide consistent, high quality service. The products used are non-toxic, effective and leave my home smelling fresh and clean. The ladies arrive with all necessary tools for cleaning every part of the house. Usually, the same two housekeepers stay with a house and become familiar with it but, when they are not available, the service continues as scheduled. My current housekeepers, Monica and Crystal, are exceptional. I have been a Merry Maids customer for 15 years with plans to continue indefinitely. Mary Logue

I appreciate that the Merry Maids clean the baseboards. We have a lot of wool rugs and they shed. i appreciate that if i make a comment, there is good customer service and followup.

I felt the girl who came to our home to clean for move out listened to what I needed and did an excellent job. She even asked me to check her work to make sure she had done what I needed. The ease of scheduling and follow up made our move out process less stressful. A+ on all counts. The rates were very reasonable also. Thank you for all your help and a special shout out to the girl who cleaned. She was very pleasant, did a great job, and we even had some laughs along the way!

Consistency. Everything is done the same way every time and there are no surprises, especially if the same maids come each time.

Good consistent service

The staff is wonderful - Juana takes time to make sure everything in my house looks clean and orderly. She has been a blessing while I am not able to do for myself. And she is always polite, professional and courteous. SHe is just wonderful!
