I like everything about Merry Maids! The staff who manage this office are exceptional. They do everything they can to accommodate your schedule, and tailor the cleaning to exactly what the client wants. The initial assessment visit is outstanding. You get to tell them all the little things you want cleaned, and how you want it done. They are totally dependable. The cleaning staff is exceptional. I have not had to register a complaint since I joined over a year ago. It is a pleasure to know that this is one chore you know will be done right. They have made my life so much better! Lydia and Emily go above and beyond taking care of our home and even our crated dog when she was sick. They are a very caring crew.

It was very easy to come to an agreement on what we wanted to be addressed at our home and what MM could do for us. Both the Sales Rep, Dona , and the cleaning staff that come were quite professional. They were prompt, efficient and did a great job. We had three folks that came in to do teh whole house cleaning and wondered if this was only for the whole house cleaning or would do the cleaning on a regular basis. In a previous experience, the staff came out at first but dwindled down to one and kept changing. The service became quite inconsistent.

I felt as if my home had been cared for and that it mattered to the wonderful ladies who took care of cleaning it!

I like that the cleaning products are as green as possible. I also like whatever it is that you put on the carpets to make them look super clean and smell fresh. Lastly, and most importantly, I like the courtesy and professionalism of the team. Kelly and Emily did a wonderful job.

The same Merry Maid team comes every week and therefore they know my home and the way I have things arranged. They also know what product can be used on my floors. Each room has a different type flooring. The products are fine and have a nice clean smell

The Merry Maids of West Milford is a terrific company, so well-managed. I have had their excellent cleaning services for over a year and a half. Their customer service is top-notch. Any problems are quickly solved with a phone call. Always pleasant and very anxious to accommodate your schedules and requests. The women who keep my house clean and shining are extremely efficient. Nothing is overlooked. I especially would like to commend Gladys and Reina as really exceptional. They are making my life much easier! I recommend them highly.
