They not only did the best cleaning job I've ever seen from a professional cleaning service but they also coordinated with my Realtor, dropped off boxes from an old tenant at the food pantry, donated boxes of old books to a bookstore and gave me some terrific ideas to help sell my house! Not only do I highly, highly recommend them, I can honestly say I wouldn't think of using anyone else!

It is always nice and clean. floors look great, bathroom & kitchen are bright and shiney.

Consistancy of having the same person at every cleaning. It provides for good consist house cleaning since the person knows exactly what to do and is expected.

Mary was great! Big job for one woman. Second crew was a lot quicker and didn't do quite as good of a job as she did. Smears on windows, corners w hair but still an ok job.

I am very happy with the products used in my house. I love bleach in my bathrooms and cinnamon in the rest of the house. I would like to have Mary back. Also, the girl I had on August 13 needs more training. My bathrooms were not cleaned well. I think her name was Ashley. Otherwise, we are pleased with the job that is done every 2 weeks.

Lemon polish, smells good

The maid that was here last (I think her name was Myrna) did a fantastic job. She did a very thorough cleaning.

The trust I have that Merry Maids is committed to doing a top notch job. I like the "smell" of clean throughout the house.

The products are fine. I'd like for you to be more flexible in the things you do. Example...
I can dust & vacuum...I can't scrub floors or get on a ladder to do light fixtures, windows, etc.

They do a thorough job and are always pleasant to work with.

The employees are friendly. Mary did a great job cleaning. She was friendly. Two other employees joined her towards the end and one of them was really great with my two yr old. She gave her a rag to "help" clean. It was very nice.
