I like that workers are bonded and insured. I like how the house smells when they are finished -- fresh and clean! Hannah does an outstanding job; she's fast, she's thorough and she will do anything I ask her to.

Bathroom cleaning

You are more detailed that our previous cleaning company....baseboards, tops of doors, ceiling fans, etc.

I like all of the products used and Vanessa, Missy, and! Mike. I don' care for the lack of attention to detail I am seeing in Karen . I have asked her to do things such as vacuum my garage or wipe down the steps in the garage, and it never gets done. The cleaning job I am getting is worth $20 or $30 and not one cent more. I have not talked to her about this as I don't want to hurt her feelings; but it's a lot of effort for me to go to when my back is in such bad shape. Do you have any suggestions for me?
