You are more detailed that our previous cleaning company....baseboards, tops of doors, ceiling fans, etc.
I like all of the products used and Vanessa, Missy, and! Mike. I don' care for the lack of attention to detail I am seeing in Karen . I have asked her to do things such as vacuum my garage or wipe down the steps in the garage, and it never gets done. The cleaning job I am getting is worth $20 or $30 and not one cent more. I have not talked to her about this as I don't want to hurt her feelings; but it's a lot of effort for me to go to when my back is in such bad shape. Do you have any suggestions for me? Terry seems to take the necessary time to do a really nice job for me. I feel comfortable discussing anything extra that i think should be done.
Dependable
Donna is very cheerful and does a good job. Last Wednesday she made my bed. I had just washed the sheets and dumped them on the bed. I was going to take care of the bed later. What a surprise and a very nice one.

my house is clean when I come home from work,since Im a head custodian at a school that is what I do all day and I don't want to have to come home and clean my house.
Jean is very thorough and pays attention to details. My kids love when it's cleaning day because their rooms are cleaner than they left them and straightened up. Don't know about the products. I'm very happy with the service!

I like that workers are bonded and insured. I like how the house smells when they are finished -- fresh and clean! Hannah does an outstanding job; she's fast, she's thorough and she will do anything I ask her to.
