I had a previous cleaning company that I was VERY unsatisfied with. I had to tell them every single thing I wanted done, if I forgot to tell them to vacuum they would not do it. It took so much of my time to take them around the house with every little detail. When the Merry Maids arrived they were very professional and got right to work when I was asking them to do this and that as I previously had to do they had the attitde like of course we will do that. It was very refreshing. I had them use my own products.

Janelle has been cleaning our home and she is fantastic. She is very detailed and pleasant. The job is always done quickly and completely. I have already mentioned Merry Maids to some of my neighbors. They told me some of the problems they have had with other services they. None of which we have had with Merry Maids. I am very impressed with the services. Our sinks and toilets were horribly lime scaled and within one cleaning, they were drastically improved!

Ever since Mary started cleaning our house, we have been extremely satisfied. Prior to Mary coming as our regular cleaner, there always seemed to be something that wasn't quite right-- a corner missed, or the bottom of the toilet, or something that wasn't really worth complaining about, but not really adding up to 100% satisfaction. Mary is cleaning so well that I don't get out my cleaning supplies during the week anymore, unless someone makes an unusual mess. This was the goal when we signed up with Merry Maids, so that I could focus on my schoolwork, and we're really happy that we've now found the right match. Not only does my home smell nice, even the corners are thoroughly cleaned and dusted.

They always do a great job in our house. Kitchen floors look awesome. Smells fresh. Bathrooms are always pristine and stuff is nicely picked up. The only thing they miss from time to time are spots of food on the counter and parts of the fridge surface.

Things look refreshed without evidence of someone in your home.

The bathroom and kitchen floors seem "sticky". Is it the product? I use vinegar and water on the kitchen wood floor.

There never seems to be any traces of product - I like being kind to the environment and my furniture, etc.
