Overall I am very happy with everything. I like that they bring everything and I like the products they use seem to work well. I love coming home on what I refer to as my "Merry Maid" day and see how clean and wonderful my house looks and smells. The ladies that come to clean my house do an awesome job. Thanks for everything you do!!!!

If I had to make one recommendation, it would be to figure out how to clean the film off my shower door in the master bathroom. The only way I know how to get it really clean (and usually I will do it once in awhile) is to use a harsher product like Lime Away.

Also it would be nice if management revisited their policy on doing dishes. Sometimes I just have two or three things in the sink and wouldn't it be awesome if they were able to just wash those few dishes and put them away..... Just a thought.

The house looked wonderful when I got home. Thank you so much for paying so close attention to every little detail. The bathroom sparkled as did the floors and appliances! Well done!!

When I come home on the day that Merry Maids cleans I feel like I'm staying in a hotel, everything is so clean and smells nice.

Service is always very thorough and everything is left sparkling clean. Merry Maids are always prompt, respectful and pleasant. Products are fine. They are good cleansers. They appear to be environmentaly safe which is good although not a big issue with me.

I like that they listen to what I want cleaned, and then work to make sure that each week's cleaning meets those expectations. Then, the same person who has learned what we consider "clean" comes each week to clean our home, rather than following the pattern of other agencies who have multiple people rotating through. Mary has been fantastic about responding to our feedback, and we feel like she really cares about the quality of her work and our satisfaction. We've been very pleased with the job she is doing at our home.

I had a previous cleaning company that I was VERY unsatisfied with. I had to tell them every single thing I wanted done, if I forgot to tell them to vacuum they would not do it. It took so much of my time to take them around the house with every little detail. When the Merry Maids arrived they were very professional and got right to work when I was asking them to do this and that as I previously had to do they had the attitde like of course we will do that. It was very refreshing. I had them use my own products.

Janelle has been cleaning our home and she is fantastic. She is very detailed and pleasant. The job is always done quickly and completely. I have already mentioned Merry Maids to some of my neighbors. They told me some of the problems they have had with other services they. None of which we have had with Merry Maids. They said that when the time comes they will be looking very closely at Merry Maids.

I am very impressed with the services. Our sinks and toilets were horribly lime scaled and within one cleaning, they were drastically improved!

Ever since Mary started cleaning our house, we have been extremely satisfied. Prior to Mary coming as our regular cleaner, there always seemed to be something that wasn't quite right-- a corner missed, or the bottom of the toilet, or something that wasn't really worth complaining about, but not really adding up to 100% satisfaction. Mary is cleaning so well that I don't get out my cleaning supplies during the week anymore, unless someone makes an unusual mess. This was the goal when we signed up with Merry Maids, so that I could focus on my schoolwork, and we're really happy that we've now found the right match. Please thank Mary for always being thorough when she cleans!
