I very much appreciated that Monica asked me what products I preferred (and did not like), and then proceeded to remember and does a fabulous job!
my only criticism is in the email responses - I find it unprofessional to not include the previous message when responding to questions, etc. Responses are timely but it is impossible sometimes to track which message is being answered, especially if there was more than a single question in the message. Please turn on the "include message history" on your email responses.
