This most recent clean was the best clean my home has received since starting with Merry Maids.

I like the Pinesol she uses on the wood floors.

I am mostly satisfied. However, I think Merry Maids is too expensive. One person can clean my house in an hour. This is a lot of money for an hour.

I have thought all of the workers except one did a great job. I didn't complain, but I will if it happens again.

I like Katie and hope she continues to be our cleaner. She is smart, writes well, and is confident.
Like many of the cleaners, I need Katie to be more thorough. When she is dusting, she needs to pick up each item and carefully wipe it. When she is cleaning the bathroom floor, she needs to carefully wipe the floor in the corners.
She needs to take to her time and not try to be done in 90 minutes.
Please ask her to look at a room when she is done and make sure all the dust is gone.
I like Merry Maids because the staff does what I do not have time for. The fees are high, but the staff works hard. When they leave, I expect a clean house.

I like the regular schedule for "cleaning day" because it also keeps me on schedule for the other 13 days between your visits. We've had various Merry Maid cleaners through the years - all have done their job well. Our current person is also friendly and responsive; we leave notes for each other each time she is here. When we started with Merry Maids, we had a large home with 6 people in it. We now have the same home, but only two of us live here. Merry Maids helps make it possible for us to continue living in our large home.
