Efficient and great cleaning.

Lauren is very professional at all times. She knows exactly what she is contracted to do and she does it very well. She shows a real concern for us. My wife and I have serious health issues and she is very careful not to create any trip hazards with vacuum cords or supplies. If she sees a potential hazard she eliminates it or points it out.

Scheduling is consistant and timely. I do feel that more attention does need to be given to items like top of the refrigarator. Baseboard cleaning was a primary reason in getting service and do not believe it was ever performed. I cleaned the top of the refrigarator and television on both visit. The deep clean none of the widows, blinds or ceiling fans were clean and I needed to perform these areasl
