Ladies did more than asked or expected

I love Lori and her teammates. I always try to remember everyone's name! I know they will always do a good job and they are so reliable. We can always count on them to be here when scheduled. (I know they must be very limited on time and I do think the charges are excessive for the time they are allowed to spend.)
One thing I wish they could provide at each visit is a list of all services with those checked off having been done that day. I know there must be some jobs they do that I'm not noticing.

I appreciate the quick and thorough job they did. My house smelled clean and looked great when they left. I appreciate the dusting and other little touches that make a huge difference in the appearance of my home.

We were most impressed with the professionalism of the workers. They were courteous, on time and wearing masks as mandated by the governor. The quality of cleaning was excellent. Things were cleaned that we didn't even request be cleaned. I appreciate a 'walk through' at the end of their time to be certain I was satisfied.
