I liked the fact that they were willing to do everything that I asked of them (within company policy). They wanted to make sure that I as the customer was pleased with what they were doing. I liked that the products did not have a strong over powering scent to them. Since I have pets some of those strong cleaners can be harmful.

It was the first time we've ever had a housekeeping service do any work in our home. Although it was the "crews' / teams'" first time in the home, there are areas / things that need to be worked out, as we learn more about Merry Maids approaches and methods to providing in-home housekeeping services, and they learn more about our lifestyle and needs, overall it was a very positive experience. The crew members were appropriately communicative and informative when asked questions, and provided answers / responses. They exhibited good attitudes, and were professional in how they approached their work, in our home.

I thought they were very good and neat and did a good job. The motor home never looked better. I liked the products they used . The were not harsh and didn't leave a strong smell after they were finished

My husband became very ill in mid-May, requiring emergency surgery. The girls really came through for me doing a first class job cleaning the house, even though I didn't have things as well organized and ready for them as usual. I really appreciate their efforts.

I love my Merry Maids team! Lori and her teammate always do a wonderful job. I can't comment on the products used because I don't know what they are.
