I appreciate the call the day before I use your service. Once the cleaner hears my requests as to how things should be done, I do not have to repeat my instruction. Ilike the way the house smells when we come in after a cleaning. I like the cleaning people that I have met so far. They are friendly withou being intrusive. Basically, I am satisfied with your service.

I thought they did a very good job! I will do the deep clean a few times a year on top of the weekly maintenance cleaning.

Everything was very clean but did not leave cleaner "smells" or "scents". The "Maid" was polite but tried to unobtrusive in our office environment. She went the extra mile in dusting and cleaning the top of furniture and windowsills -- some things we weren't even concerned about. I'm contemplating having a service in my own home occasionally based on the excellent quality of the service that was done at my office.

When I came home after my vacation, I thought being and OCD person, I was still going to do more cleaning. Nope it didn't happened I was very impress with everything, including the faucet in which it had stains, but gone now wow. Thank you Merry Maids you made my trip easier.

Ours is a business. I like that they provide all cleaning supplies. Our branch office smells good when we return after it has been clean. Mickala does an excellent job and adds some nice touches. We are very pleased with her services.

The flexibility of having a scheduled cleaning, but that if something comes up, they can adapt to a new time/date with a bat of an eye!

I have service once a week and have a standing schedule for Friday early so I can plan activities for the afternoon. I also have two ladies who are scheduled to clean and having the same people gives me the opportunity to develop trust in them so I don't worry about leaving them alone in my house.
