The Merry Maid person is very good at cleaning , dusting, and wet mopping the hardwood floors. Smells very nice when the cleaning is completed.
they did a great job on the windows.. bathrooms were very well done.
kitchen floors still had spots etc.. and they didn't seem to slide any of the furniture to vacuum under.. maybe not part of the service. support was timely and sufficient for our needs.

When they arrived, the hot water in the house had already been turned off. Instead of giving up, they brought in pots to warm the water and continued to clean.
