I love the water! My cat drinks this water! I make hummingbird feed with this water! I am originally from South Korea. I tend to cook a lot. I use the water for literally for all my cooking! I am so glad that we purchased this machine back in 2022, September, The unit serviced twice. Each time, the technician was pleasant and informative. Once we are able to be scheduled the work is excellent. The only issue we had was the main reason we needed work was due to a leak in our osmosis system. the technician
did not have the faucet with him as he was not in his norma truck. If it had been on the work order everything could have been done in one trip (good news not charge for the second trip).
I understand that scheduling to the outer areas of the local reaches are difficult and understand waiting a few weeks or a month is understandable. Once here the work was great.
